I highly recommend Amber international for maximum professionalism and speed of work. Special thanks to Ovidijus and his wife Gintare for fast and quality transaction. I was looking for a house to buy, spent 2.5 months on the search. I searched through Idealisty, since I don't speak Spanish, I sent requests to view houses I liked. Sometimes no one called back at all or did so after 5-7 days, in general everything is slow and frustrating. But it turned out that not all realtors are like that. I liked one house where the seller's representative was Ovidijus. I got an instant response and was able to see the house the next morning. I liked everything, but while I was thinking, the object was sold. But Ovidijus recommended another, very similar house, which I eventually bought successfully. All the preparation for the transaction was very fast: price negotiations, preliminary contract, notary registration - everything was professional. They also helped me as a buyer when I had a problem getting bank checks. After the transaction Gintare reissued all the electricity and water contracts in my name. In the end both the seller and the buyer got the deal without any headache. Thank you again.
